All orders placed on our website are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom or special-order products, including customized bathroom cabinets and bathtubs, may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping details and tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates for orders depend on the size, weight, and destination of your purchase. During checkout, the exact shipping fees will be calculated and displayed based on your shipping address and the items in your cart. Shipping fees include transportation and handling costs.

  • Small Items (e.g., Faucets, Accessories): These typically incur lower shipping fees due to their size and weight.
  • Large Items (e.g., Bathtubs, Cabinets, Flooring): Shipping rates for large or bulky items are higher because they require special handling and transportation.

We also offer free shipping promotions on select orders over a specified amount, which will be indicated at checkout, when applicable.

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Fleurimont Bain partners with reputable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely deliveries. The shipping carrier selected will depend on the size and nature of the products ordered and the delivery location. We offer standard shipping as well as expedited options at an additional cost.

For small and medium-sized items (like faucets and smaller bathroom cabinets), we typically use carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. For larger items (such as bathtubs, large cabinets, or flooring materials), we may use freight shipping services. In such cases, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time, as these items often require special handling and delivery appointments.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on product availability and your location. Here is a general estimate of our delivery timelines:

  • Standard Shipping (Small Items): 5–7 business days.
  • Freight Shipping (Large Items): 7–14 business days.
  • Custom Orders: These may take up to 4–6 weeks for delivery, depending on the production time and the item’s specifications. Custom order timelines will be communicated clearly during the ordering process.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays may affect delivery timelines.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within [Country/Region]. Some remote or rural areas may have limited delivery options, which could affect delivery times. For large or fragile items, additional shipping fees may apply to these locations. Please contact us if you have concerns about shipping to your area.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. You will need to provide photos of the damaged product and packaging to assist us in processing your claim with the carrier.

In cases of lost shipments, if your tracking information shows that the product was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

7. Oversized Deliveries and Freight

For oversized items, including large bathtubs, cabinetry, or bulk flooring orders, delivery is typically made via freight. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. You must be present to receive the delivery, as these items will not be left unattended. The carrier will deliver the item to your curbside or driveway but will not be responsible for bringing it inside or installing it.

Please inspect all freight deliveries upon receipt and report any damage to the driver before signing off on the delivery. If significant damage is found, you have the right to refuse the delivery.
